BRIEF
We are revisiting this coastal bungalow for part two of their renovations. We are building a side extension on the property to double the size of their existing kitchen. Previously this space was not really used as only a second access to the garden.
Here is what we plan to complete:
- build a side extension
- match new and old ceiling heights inside kitchen and hide steels within the roof
- move the front door perpendicular and create a hallway plus utlity area
- match in windows and doors in aluminium finish
- rebuild the kitchen and finish the inside to a high spec to match the existing house.
