create a usable garden for children with a bark play area and also some low maintenance beds for beginner gardeners
Overview
We started the project by excavating the site to remove lots of deep roots and rubble that was covering the whole plot. We had four grab lorries to remove all the excess….
New feather board fences were put it all round the garden to make it child friendly and also dog friendly.
Next we added new topsoil, and edged the new flower bed areas in oak and created some raised vegetable beds with a built in water irrigation system that turns on automatically that can be timed from a control panels.
New turf, a bark play area plus the addition of coastal loving plants now makes this a very successful project that the owners were over the moon with.
