BRIEF
This semi-detached house is undergoing a full refurbishment, with significant layout changes throughout. A large single-storey extension with a flat roof is being added, creating a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area. The staircase will also be reconfigured to improve flow and functionality.
On the top floor, a big dormer extension will be constructed to maximise space. Outside, we may also be carrying out some landscaping work to enhance the property’s surroundings.
The project is expected to take around six months, with a planned completion in the spring.
