A total refurb of a bungalow including lots of adaptations for limited mobility.
Overview
Below are photos from beginning of the project. You can see the original bungalow had not been changed much since it was built in the 1970’s. Our team have already removed the kitchen and bathroom. There is lots of work to be done! We will be building extensions front and back, putting on a new roof, installing new windows, door and bifold doors throughout, and are also landscaping the whole plots and fitting a number of restricted access features to ensure a smooth journey for wheelchairs.
We are now pleased to report that this project has been signed off and the owner is happily enjoying their seaside open plan home.
